We currently offer free shipping to Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam and Hong Kong.

Which countries have subsidised shipping?

We have a flat shipping rate ($45USD/item) to India, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.

Where does my item ship from?

Your order will ship from our fulfilment centre in China.

How long will shipping take?

Your order will be dispatched within 24-hours. Once dispatched, shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on the country you reside in.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information after a shipping label has been created.

Which courier do you use?

We use a variety of carriers ranging from FedEx, UPS, DHL to specialised express lines. We select the carrier for the fastest and most reliable delivery.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit your order number to remove your order from the shipping queue. If we cannot remove your order from the shipping queue, you will need to start a return when the order arrives.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and new/correct shipping address and we can update your order. If your order has already begun shipping, we cannot amend the delivery address.
