Increase your pike, straddle and thoracic flexibility with exercises using the horizontal bars for a deeper stretch, perform strict hanging core exercises on the core bar, and use the in-built pull-up bar for pull-ups and chin-ups (use your feet on the horizontal bars if you are a beginner). Clip and dip to install parallel bars in seconds. Stable enough for human flag training.
